Our "Vivenda"
On a one hectare plot of land, our small holiday rental structure is located on a hill in the countryside, with magnificent views of nature and the mountains.
Enjoy the common areas:
- Large lush green garden.
- 10m/4m swimming pool non-heated with sun beds and parasols (non-heated, open from Mai to October depending on the weather). Electrolysis treatment.
- Entertainment area with 1 petanque court, 1 ping-pong table, 1 dart board,...
- Outdoor lounge area with wooden pallet armchairs.
- Laundry area with a washing machine, an ironing board and an iron as well as cleaning equipment (hoover, etc.)

Rules and Regulations
- The bungalows are non-smoking.
- Parties are prohibited.
- Between 10 p.m. and 9 a.m.: please respect the peace and quiet of your neighbours.
- Small pets are allowed on request (for a fee). They must be small, clean and quiet. Only one pet per house. Animals that have not been confirmed by us in advance will not be accepted. Pets are not allowed in common areas such as the swimming pool out of respect for other guests.
- Only the persons indicated at the time of booking will be admitted to the accommodation. Any additional persons not included in the reservation are prohibited from entering the accommodation and communal areas, such as the communal swimming pool. This also applies to potential visitors, without our prior consent.
- It is forbidden to exceed the maximum capacity of the accommodation (maximum 5 persons, including babies).
