Our story

A Belgian couple and travel agents in Belgium for 25 years, at the beginning of 2020 we decided to leave everything behind and fulfil our dream of living and working abroad! Having been in the tourism business all our lives, it was obvious that we wanted to continue in that direction, when we fell in love with this "Vivenda" for sale. At the same time, we fell in love with the centre of Portugal and are convinced that you too will feel at home here, with the warm welcome of the locals, the green nature and the beautiful landscapes in this part of the country.

Our "Vivenda"

On a one hectare plot of land, our small holiday rental structure is located on a hill in the countryside, with magnificent views of nature and the mountains.

Enjoy the common areas:

• Large lush green garden.
• 10m/4m swimming pool with sun beds and parasols (open from April to October depending on the weather). Electrolysis treatment.
• Entertainment area with 1 petanque court, 1 ping-pong table, 1 dart board,...
• Outdoor lounge area with wooden pallet armchairs.
• Laundry area with a washing machine, an ironing board and an iron as well as cleaning equipment (hoover, etc.)

• Salt pool treatment (salt electrolysis is a 100% natural pool treatment that produces natural chlorine)

Internal Rules and Regulations

• The bungalows are non-smoking.
• The swimming pool is open from mid-April to mid-October (depending on the weather).
• Parties are not allowed.
• Between 10pm and 9am, please respect the quiet of your neighbours.
• Small pets are allowed on request (for an extra charge). They must be small, clean and quiet. Only one pet per house. Any animal not confirmed by us in advance will not be accepted. Pets are not allowed in common areas such as the swimming pool in order to respect other guests.
• Only the persons indicated on the booking will be admitted to the accommodation. Any additional persons to those booked will not be allowed in the accommodation or in communal areas such as the communal pool. This includes any visitors, without prior agreement from us.
• It is not allowed to exceed the maximum capacity of the accommodation (maximum 5 persons, including babies).
