Our small, intimate complex consists of three holiday bungalows (next to our own home) and is nestled amidst the lush countryside of central Portugal. Enjoy our swimming pool and jacuzzi, as well as the nearby river beaches along crystal-clear rivers.
The bungalows (with 2 bedrooms, for 2–4 people):

All bungalows are identical in design but are furnished differently. Allocation is random, subject to availability. Do you have a preference for a particular bungalow? Let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request!

It is best to have a rental car for travel to and from the airport, as well as for local trips.
The estate is situated in a quiet location in the middle of nature.
Some distances:
5 minutes from the charming little village of Côja and 10 minutes from the supermarkets / 50 minutes from the historical cities of Coimbra and Viseu / 1 hour from the sea and 1 hour from the "Serra da Estrela".

Policy and notes
Payment Schedule
40% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
The remaining amount is to be paid 45 day(s) before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
All paid prepayments are non-refundable.
Security deposit
A refundable security deposit of €200 is due.
Notes
Arrival and departure days:
Any day of the week.
Check in & Check out:
Arrival between 4pm and 8pm. Departure by 10am.
Included in the price of the accommodation:
Bath and kitchen towels. Bed linen (beds made on arrival). Water and electricity, VAT.
Additional services:
Cot and high chair on request (free of charge). Small pets are allowed on request (15€). Conversion of a room into an office on request (50€).

A Wonderful and Peaceful Stay
A true little paradise! From the very first moment we felt the tranquillity of the place, being able to enjoy the sun on the pleasant porch of the house. The atmosphere truly invites you to slow down. The house is beautiful, very comfortable and welcoming. Even when it is cold outside, the central heating creates a cosy atmosphere and the large windows allow you to enjoy the view of the surrounding gardens in complete comfort, creating a wonderful connection with nature. The kitchen is impeccable and very well equipped, in an open-space. The house where we stayed has two bedrooms: one with a very comfortable double bed (I slept wonderfully well) and another with two single beds. But what truly makes this experience special is the way we are welcomed. A genuinely friendly, attentive couple who are always available, with a single aim: to make our stay unforgettable. We loved it! Thank you very much for an absolutely wonderful weekend! It is amazing that it also has a swimming pool for warmer days!
