Our small, intimate complex consists of three holiday bungalows (next to our own home) and is nestled in the lush nature of central Portugal. Enjoy our swimming pool, jacuzzi, and the nearby river beaches along crystal-clear rivers.

It is best to have a rental car for travel to and from the airport, as well as for local trips.
The estate is situated in a quiet location in the middle of nature.
Some distances:
5 minutes from the charming little village of Côja and 10 minutes from the supermarkets / 50 minutes from the historical cities of Coimbra and Viseu / 1 hour from the sea and 1 hour from the "Serra da Estrela".

Payment Schedule
40% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
The remaining amount is to be paid 45 day(s) before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
All paid prepayments are non-refundable.
Security deposit
A refundable security deposit of €200 is due.
Notes
Arrival and departure days:
Any day of the week.
Check in & Check out:
Arrival between 4pm and 8pm. Departure by 10am.
Included in the price of the accommodation:
Bath and kitchen towels. Bed linen (beds made on arrival). Water and electricity, VAT.
Additional services:
Cot and high chair on request (free of charge). Small pets are allowed on request (15€). Conversion of a room into an office on request (50€).

Reviews
Serene rust
Wij verbleven in de middelste van drie aaneengeschakelde bungalows. Wat bij aankomst al meteen opviel, was het rijk uitgeruste vogelkoor: meer gehoord dan gezien, maar prachtig! De bijna serene rust van het terrein en omliggende tuinen deed zeer weldadig aan. Vanuit de bungalow hebben wij o.l.v. Winy een wandeling off grid naar Coja gemaakt. Superrustig en mooi en heel goed te doen, ook voor niet geoefende wandelaars. De bungalow zelf is ruim, met twee slaapkamers en open keuken. Aan de voorkant heb je een ruim terras en aan de achterkant loop je zo de terrasvormige tuin in. De badkamer met toilet is ook lekker ruim en alles functioneert naar behoren. We voelden ons zeer welkom en thuis in dit heerlijke eldorado, niet in de laatste plaats door de vriendelijke en attente eigenaren Wouter en Winy. Alle lof!!
